Pros

I have felt supported as a part of the team since day one. I am being taught several different instruments at once, which at times is a lot, but I am finding it rewarding.

Cons

There is no differential for the evening shift.

Pros

Avero has great leadership who are organized and professional. The work culture cultivated here is unlike any other, with all employees sharing the same mindset to work efficiently as a team and treat one another with kindness and respect.

Cons

Although Avero may not be as high-throughput in terms of patient volume as other laboratories, they have a work volume that is balanced so that employees actually have time to complete assigned duties and tasks within their regular hours, and to do them well.
