Pros

Avero Diagnostics is a growing company doing great things for patient care. Depending on your department, there is room for growth and you don't always to the same task, day after day. We have decent benefits with medical, dental and vision. There is also long term disability available and 401K

Cons

As with most companies, raises seem small for the amount of growth the company has seen. There is no match to the 401K and benefit prices for dependents is high.
