Within the core group of employees, I've had the privilege of collaborating with some of the most dedicated and hard-working professionals I've ever encountered. Their unwavering commitment to clients and their patients is truly commendable.

Cons

Under new ownership and leadership, the company veered off course, losing its focus and placing revenue above relationships. This shift led to the cooling of longstanding relationships with both Quest and Hologic, resulting in the erosion of the client base.

Cons

Talented, hardworking employees are undervalued, underutilized, and unappreciated. Senior leadership, especially the lab manager, is very inexperienced. They deal with problems by immediately blaming the employees without giving it a second thought. Their method of employee motivation is pitting employees against one other and making empty promises. Stay away from this place, it will only drain your energy and waste your time. There are other labs that offer better opportunities and higher pay.
