No raises or performance reviews. No promotion opportunities. The only way to get a raise is if you are a manager's favorite. The best way to get a significant raise is to leave this company or look elsewhere. Executive bonuses and raises come first, but last I heard, they got rid of majority of them. Directors get 6-figure salaries, while they get rid of managers to further cut costs.

Laboratory management lacks experience and professionalism. It’s a small lab with little opportunity to learn new things or advance. Turnover is a problem. All of those people that I mentioned in the pros are mostly gone and for the same reasons. Works closely with another company that owes millions of dollars in insurance fraud and some even on behalf of this company. The future of this company seems very uncertain. The pay is below average.
