      Good pay, good advancement opportunities if you’re willing to push for them, strong safety culture, the workload is not unrealistic

      Cons

      The less you do the less you’re expected to do. They won’t test people’s ability to read a tape measure which is a requirement of the job. High turnover of new hires.
