      Nothing - professional suicide for a seasoned professional - they claim equal opportunity and equal treatment - it's just a joke

      Cons

      Extremely biased - employment is guaranteed only when the management feel it's necessary - kicks you out once the job gets completed - no room for learning or professional growth - I have seen people getting promoted only after favors returned else no promotion
