      Benefits were good to a point.

      Cons

      Lack of structure, lack of responsibility, no consequences for unprofessionalism. No leadership. Lack of communication. They promote employee and give no guidance to do the job.

      co-workers are easy to work with

      Cons

      Toxic management styles. The only way to advance in the company is to suck up to management and to throw other employees under the bus. Company policies are asinine especially when it comes to using the sick and PTO you are given. Absolutely no communication throughout the company.

      They Restructure Regularly - Hold on For the Ride!

      Good Pay, Quiet, Affordable Location, Mostly Good People

      Cons

      Can be a good place for a quick stop, but not a career. They seem to restructure every couple years and shed people. There is tremendous turnover at the top. A lot of politics. Be careful if you relocate, as you don't know how long you'll stay.
