Office politics are everywhere, incompetent leadership, way too many internal meetings and most importantly, they do not treat contractors well.

The only focus was on the bottom line but oddly and even insanely, management had zero interest in supporting the manufacturing with staff, funds, HR advisement and support or in any other way that would have been productive. Worst job of my career.
