Business Outlook
Pros
Benefits are good and pay was favorable. Many employees have been with the company for 20+ years and there was a good 'family' feel at the company. Very relaxed environment, good communication between mid and lower level management and employees.
Cons
Morale was low because of widespread layoffs, and it created a rumor mill and a paranoid environment. When positions were eliminated it seemed there was no consideration given to how the workload would be allocated.
