Pros
Even though I was on Client site full time the corporate office knew the exact fun and team building things to do to bring us back to Aveshka. What you put in is exactly what you will get out of it. There is a ton of room for growth if you so do desire. It is not just checking the boxes to be rewarded but more so being proactive and truly wanting to help the company grow. For the review below I have a hard time believing that it is not over exaggerated. Being a female myself I have never felt disrespected but always encouraged since there are fine female leaders in the organization.
Cons
Nothing negative on Aveshka. I was updated all along the way on my hiring process and I am always being checked up to ensure my happiness.
