Pros

The other contractors are kind and respectful people.

Cons

Like another reviewer said on here-the company's "zero harassment policy" is completely bogus. Their solution to complaints about a hostile work environment is termination, so you can never complain to HR about any negative aspects/harassment that occurs in your workplace. The feds on the client side have very fragile egos, and are very comfortable in treating the contractors however they like. If you want to work in a place where you can grow in your field and be treated with respect at the same time, avoid Aveshka at all costs because you won't find that here.

Pros

I began at Aveshka last year and have been very happy with my choice to join the team. Benefits are competitive Plenty of leave time and freedom to take time off or flex time as needed Strong leadership that knows what's going on in the company Company events a few times a year are fun and keep people connected Corporate team is quick to respond to issues/questions Salaries are competitive for a smaller company (under 200 employees) Continuously hiring new talent and keeping up growth

Cons

Of course there are some little headaches for a small company making the jump to a mid-size company, but nothing crazy. Needs more events/employee engagement for remote employees on client site A few less meetings might be nice, there are lots of conference calls for updates A tiered leave-policy for upper level employees would be a good incentive 401k match would be good to add down the line
