Poor management and unclear direction. Entire team is confused with roles and responsibilities. Team thought they're following the correct priority but turned out that management did not clearly communicate and led to employees being punished for not following directions

I was told my salary would be increased by a certain time but it never was even though I was told my performance was good. There seems to be sketchy things going on behind closed doors and no communication. The company leadership is solely focused on the business of making money instead of meeting customer demands or building some capability. They will say they can do anything, but they would just hire a body to do it, because leadership doesn't understand the technical side of the business. Do yourself a favor and don't go there.
