I was told my salary would be increased by a certain time but it never was even though I was told my performance was good. There seems to be sketchy things going on behind closed doors and no communication. The company leadership is solely focused on the business of making money instead of meeting customer demands or building some capability. They will say they can do anything, but they would just hire a body to do it, because leadership doesn't understand the technical side of the business. Do yourself a favor and don't go there.

There is a high turnover rate in the employees. May go on to better paying jobs. The company does not seem to care if you want to stay with the company or just quit. Several time people have informed the management that they have received job offers with a fairly higher increase in pay, but have express their wanting to stay with Aveshka. To which management will say effectively to not let the door hit you on the way out. There isn't really much in the way of promotions. You're stuck at your job until you leave.
