What I found out was that the culture couldn’t be any better! ASEC fosters THE BEST environment for the consummate professional. “Doing What’s Right for the Warfighter” is not simply a motto; it’s the core in which the company and its team revolve around. I have observed on several occasions the company supporting innovative ideas, process changes, and direct feedback from the team. A culture of efficiency allows us to be unburdened by “corporate” methodologies and we do not have undue administrative burdens. This allows us to enjoy the work that we do and provides us the flexibility we need to provide support for our customers.
ASEC cares about its team! Since my first day of work, I’ve had nothing but a positive experience with Team Members, IT, HR, Managers, and the Executive Leadership. ASEC shows their team that they are valued! If we run into the stressors of individual hurdles, they resolve quickly and become a positive experience through the support of the company. The benefits and work-life balance are excellent, but the company’s culture is why I couldn’t imagine working anywhere else!
