While I worked at ASEC I experienced these as the primary Pros: ASEC is a employee owned company which translates into a profitable asset to even the lowest employee. ASEC does their best to keep employees on contract even after their current contract ends or to accommodate a request for a transfer to a different contract. Most ASEC employees try to fulfill the company slogan, "Do what's Right for the war fighter". ASEC has many very experienced Systems Engineers and Aviators who willingly mentor younger Engineers. ASEC management is hands off.
