-Initiative is rewarded and encouraged -Definitely no feeling of excess in the company - they run a very lean operation -Good balance of managers and senior non-managers -Great place to learn how to cut costs

Cons

-treatment of and reliance upon contractors is appalling -VIP/non-VIP class division is disturbingly overt -If you would not fit into a desired mold as an employee, there is no hope of being hired permanently -corporate culture is very closed
