Great pay (if you work in the office), friendly culture, cafeteria on site

Cons

Terrible pay (if you work in any of the manufacturing sites), heavy on middle management, promotions, raises, and reviews are VERY political, rotational program for graduates means no promotions for current employees, upper management has elitist feel and very inaccessible.

Will not pay more than 12 hrs a day, but mandatory that you be there 13-14 hrs a day. Terrible equipment maintenance. Unequal workload balance. Extreme health hazards. Disregard for non-liable safety issues.
