CEO is erratic and emotional, no real HR, terrible vacation policy and low wages. Very little work life balance. If you make any statements that you have too much work they will tell you you are not working smart. Management seems to care but doesn't seem to have much ultimate control. If you are looking for a long term company that will take care of you, look at a different company.

Senior management is out of touch and don't even know some features exist in their products (either forgot or bought something and never used it). Constant all-hands emergencies related to downtime, prepare to spend nights and weekends on Zoom calls being blamed for a bad release where the real issue at hand is somebody forgot to update the SSL cert. Do you like acronyms? If so, management will pull out whatever buzz acronym they saw in Wired that day, do a hand-wavy explanation and then say they need it. Constant projects get dropped before being brought live for new projects, another reason why management can't keep track about which features actually exist in the live product.
