Pros

Beer on Fridays, casual environment, ping pong table, basketball hoop, yoga on the lawn during summer. If you have the time to enjoy these fringe benefits.

Cons

Immature SDLC. Development tried to run Scrum, but isn't supported by Product and Architecture. There is plenty of work to be done, but planning is extremely poor so work items are not ready for development at the start of a sprint. Completing stories within a sprint is rarely achieved. The company celebrates people that work crazy hours putting out fires instead of being proactive and preventing them. The building lacks a quality HVAC system so summers are hot and winters are cold.

Client base grew by 30% multiple years in a row, but reduced the number of people working in client facing jobs by half. Seems the way to move up is to play the political game instead of actually doing work.
