      Pros

      Avionte is a great place to work because you get to directly impact the organization, have the ability to improve your role; management is very open to new ideas and let employees run with those ideas. I feel if you are the type of employee that just wants to coast and have everything handed to you, then this would not be a good fit for you, but for people who are willing to work hard when they are at work, you will definitely be rewarded and compensated well and the PTO plan is generous, most of us have almost 4 weeks.

      Cons

      There is a lot of growth and opportunity, but with that comes changes. It is frustrating when you have someone on your team maybe who reacts negatively to change, but overall most people embrace it. Again, if you want to sit in a cube and be a number, this is not the company for you. But if you want the ability to use leadership skills and real problem solving and critical thinking, you will quickly excel here.

      Pros

      -Awesome family feeling, the company does a great job in making you feel that you are actually a part of a family opposed to just another number. -John Long (CEO) is a great individual who is blunt, straight forward but understanding in what his employee's need. -The people, Avionte wouldn't be what it is today without the individuals who are part of this family.

      Cons

      -Pay, yes you get to start a career but once you've hit the floor running and know you can do this elsewhere, it's hard to stick around knowing you could be paid a lot more doing the same work elsewhere. -Overworked, you are constantly overworked. They say it's better to be a part of a booming business opposed to the latter but at the same time you must have a healthy and positive moral around the office. At the current pace, this is going downhill fast.
