      Pros

      Avionte is very good at creating an environment that people enjoy working in. The people are excellent, and there are many opportunities for fun inside and outside of work. The company also excels at allowing people to follow through on their own initiative and take action on anything that they see as not working or working suboptimally.

      Cons

      There are issues in some departments of overwork or understaffedness. Overall, the pay and PTO plan are not very competitive.

      Pros

      Coworkers are amazing people and great to work with. Great Clients. Great experience.

      Cons

      OVERWORKED. They say the work-life balance is important but do not eagerly approve PTO and do not acknowledge anyone as a good worker unless 50+ hours are reached. Most employee are at the office past 6, then will get online once home and work most weekends. Most people do not work less than 50 hours a week. If you are working 40-45 hours a week, you clearly do not have enough to do. If you explain you are overworked, you are not working smarter; its a lose lose. Some upper management is erratic, egotistical and reactive. Clients are leaving due to it being apparent that employees are overworked and they are not getting the attention they deserve.

      Pros

      I have been working with the team since the beginning and things continue to impress me each new year. Strong comapny culture and leadership team. CEO understands what it takes to be successful and works with the team to improve everyone. It is great place to work and grow both personally and professionally. If you want to join a comapny growing and who will work with you in your career, this is a wondeful place to be.
