      Nice on the surface but when you dig a little deeper.....

      Pros

      Great co-workers, flexibility. They provide free things like coffee, pop and have beer on Fridays. Management is pretty good. The company seems financially stable.

      Cons

      CEO is erratic and emotional, no real HR, terrible vacation policy and low wages. Very little work life balance. If you make any statements that you have too much work they will tell you you are not working smart. Management seems to care but doesn't seem to have much ultimate control. If you are looking for a long term company that will take care of you, look at a different company.

      Pros

      I had the fortunate opportunity to work with this company. They are wonderful. They have solid integrity, is a really fun place to work, have great work ethic, and have a passion for keeping employees happy. I would recommend these folks to anyone.

      Cons

      It was a work life balance for me. I am sure it has improved.
