      Pros

      The company gives you want you need to succeed, you just need to put your head down and work. The management doesn't micro manage, but expects you to get your stuff done! The work environment is awesome, very casual and friendly.

      Cons

      If you need to be told all the time what you need to do, this is not the place for you.

      If you want to work somewhere you punch in and punch out, this is not the company for you. A great culture but is fast paced and needs fast paced employees.
