They respect their employees' time and that life sometimes gets in the way. The bosses are understanding and compassionate. The Pay is decent for the work that you put in. The only reason I'm not still working for Avionte is because of a medical condition that made me no longer able to do the job I was hired to do.

Cons

Things did change frequently without notice. They changed insurance providers three times in three years, which means those of us with persistent issues have to jump through MANY hoops every year.
