      Managers that are inept get more responsibility, leadership is in an echo chamber, compensation does not reflect the work being put in, internal communication is poor, use "sink or swim" mentality instead of supplying training/mentorship, conferences are just a reason for many employees to get a free trip and hook up with each other, diversity in leadership is a joke
