      Pros

      Hired during Covid so everything was done by phone or Zoom. Flexible work schedule during Covid and office move. Lunch provided for in-office employees most days.

      Cons

      I was there four months before I met my direct manager in person. I never met some team members in person. Too much work for too few people in the department.
