Pros

Pre-Covid the company had some nice perks such as free break room food and drinks. The environment was fairly relaxed. The work life balance was also pretty good.

Cons

Leadership handled layoffs and terminations very poorly. The office is old and doesn’t provide collaborative work space. The clients consistently complained about the product’s performance. Cross functional issues exist amongst various teams.
