Most of the staff here are easy to work with. Great place to start out.

Cons

No sick time without using PTO, incentivizing showing up to work sick, mandatory PTO usage on holidays. If you want to pay your co pay, it's either you go to an Avita provider, or go to a provider affiliated with OSU. Some people don't want to be seen by people they directly work with, and driving to Columbus is inconvenient.
