Easy work, mostly a desk job. Good place to get your foot in the door.

Management does not manage well. Not very much of an opportunity for advancement. High turnover rate

The doctors and other clinical staff are, for the most part, wonderful.

Cons

Admin is the real problem at Avita. Unless you're willing to lie and back-stab good people, they will make sure they do it to you.
