      Pros

      Working for Avive has been great. From the interview process, to onboarding and training, to being in the field, everyone has been extremely helpful and friendly. Then expectations are clear and communicated well, but you're never alone on an island, as it can sometimes feel like when working remotely. Every person in the company truly wants to see you succeed and there is a strong team atmosphere. We get to sell the most advanced AED of our time and save lives at the same time, which is very rewarding. 10/10 would recommend working here!

      -It’s a startup, the mission is contagious. - solid teams in every corner of the business -recent restructuring to put the right people in the right seats acknowledges Avive’s self-reflect and ability to pivot - solid benefits package and flexibility -internal promotional tracks evident -strong focus on a fun, inclusive workplace with lots of events to connect with others not in your segment of business

      Cons

      -It’s a startup, that’s not for everyone. -Base probably less that similar role in same field, especially with high cost of living in CA.
