      It's nice to feel like I am making a real difference in people's lives. Plus every is great to work with and always willing to jump in and help.

      Best decision I have made in my career

      Pros

      The people make this the best place I have ever worked. The culture allows for you to really be yourself and enjoy your job. It is a place where everyone seems to be rowing in the same direction towards our ultimate mission and you won't hear someone say "sorry, that is not my job. Can't help you." There is a real sense of teamwork that is hard to fake.

      Cons

      There are no cons that I have experienced in my ~8 months of working here.
