      work/life balance is good, 40 hours per week, 3 paid weeks annual vacation, 1 day paid flexible time and 3 days paid personal leave.

      Cons

      poor career opportunities, compensation is below the average level. Not recommend to friends or family members.

      Pros

      Good benefit package. There are many great people at the company who are passionate about their jobs.

      Cons

      Upper management micro manages costs. CEO only cares about making deals. Company struggles with its image and identify. Wants to be a big company but cannot figure out how to execute. Sunward need remove the management with ties to the Binder family.
