      Pros

      Dynamic company and always looking for opportunities to do business. Has a team that is very resourceful and able. Good opportunities to get to work on something different from the run of the mill aviation work.

      Cons

      Not wanting to commit to too bigger investments at current time.

      The company encourages staff to participate in company best practices to improve product quality and safety of all. Has an elaborate training programme intended to make staff realise their targets while working in a safe and clean environment.

      Cons

      Has not expanded to some areas where lies high potential for growth opportunities. Some of these are have great potential since competition is minimal and labour cost is relatively cheap.
