      Avmax is a good company to work for. It has introduced so many good things for it's employees recently.

      Pros

      Good opportunity to learn. Short Term Incentive Plan (Recently introduced) Health care spending account (Recently introduced) Flex hours (Started in 2019)

      Cons

      Huge workload but it's a good opportunity to learn and earn some extra money through overtime if someone is interested. Apprentices can fill out their log books quickly.
