- Able to get hands on many different parts of the industry - Some managers are very willing to help and support learning - New ownership and senior management structure is vastly improving culture

Cons

Departments are all over the place. Complete lack of communication between managers and directors of different departments. - Pay ranges for all positions is below market average

logbook gets filled fast and you will learn how to be a good AME

Cons

Everything else. No parts arrive on time. Management blames mechanics on the floor for the delay. Especially former DOM was horrible and drove everyone out.
