Pros

Great people, great mission, great global reach! There is very little you can do to impact the Kingdom of God than work for Awana. Over 3 million kids are reached by 300,000 volunteers all over the world with lifelong discipleship opportunities.

Cons

Non- profits usually mean tight budgets and doing a lot with a little. Most people get this reality and make the best of the situation.

Pros

Awana really cares about their employees and provides a lot of nurturing and communication. Awana also has a great mission that's easy to get behind. Their impact on the world is huge, and it's great to be on board with that. Some of the managers are great people and great at what they do.

Cons

Awana has some redundancies. For an organization that's over 60 years old, it's easy to understand how that can happen. The organization does have some difficulty in parting ways with positions that are no longer relevant.
