Pros

Good benefits and the fact that the program has kids memorizing Scripture is a strength for the future of kids.

Cons

Everything else. They do not value or encourage and they gossip. It is some of the worst leadership I have ever experienced in my life.

Pros

The mission was pure and the middle management had the right intentions on how to move the ministry forward.

Cons

Unfortunately, the executive leadership team was poor in every possible way. They could not retain top talent, they squandered away resources, they lacked diversity, and have failed to sustain a legacy ministry into the future.
