Great place to work in

Pros

Managers are easy-going. People are friendly. A lot of smart guys. A good place to balance between work and life. A great place to start a career of software engineer; also a great place to stay if you are satisfactory with what you have achieved.

Cons

Seems an old type company. Doesn't have too many good products in recently years, compared with the old days back to 10 and 15 years ago.

Good folks to work with, laid-back office culture, reasonable opportunity for life outside of work

Cons

The folks running the company are finance and lawyers, so the tech has been taken out of high tech
