      Leadership in disarray

      Pros

      Competitive salary and bonus structure; leader in the Coatings industry; challenging work; fairly new company with aggressive growth targets

      Cons

      Leadership is in a bit of disarray right now. Changing out many of the legacy management from previous parent and new management has not really gelled yet. IT is a great example. Management turnover has led to a confused and frustrated workforce.

      ...I'm trying to be optimistic, but I can' t really find any pros

      It seems that the company doesn't have a real strategy. Communication is completely screwed up. The focus is in the short term, revenues making quarter, no long-term approach. No respect for people, no rewards for good work. High turn over since professionals and talents run away as soon as possible. The company is in a big mess (also financially) and management react panicking and cutting. Don't go there!!
