      Pros

      Great company with good prospects in their industry. If you like to work hard and be part of shaping a company then it is great. Top performers are rewarded for results. Management was all recruited from some of the best companies to come and run the place. Results since leaving DuPont have been really great.

      Cons

      Still lots of people from DuPont who prefer the old way which was a slow pace, keep poor performers and go home at 4pm. That creates two cultures which can create strain.

      Some great people, some very cool projects, amazing industry potential. Depends who you work with/for. They have the opportunity to really kill it in the market and industry but...

      ... but seem to be very short-sighted and fragmented in guidance.
