Pros

It's a job! I like the location of the job.

Cons

This place is walking a thin line between being a great place to work to just another bullet point on my resume. The management here doesn't care about work/life balance. They do not like to be challenge or given solution from people who don't have a degree. The tone from management is shut up, make me some pounds, and pocket as much money as possible. One more thing, do not ask for supplies. The respond you will get is we can't afford that right now.

Axalta - great if you are a white, male, consultant

Pros

If you are a white male with a consulting background you will like it here. It will be like looking in a mirror everywhere you turn.

Cons

Imagine a high stress, high noise, maximum distraction office environment in which you live in constant fear of making a mistake because the new management constantly threatens you with termination. And just for shoots and giggles they regularly terminate batches of 25 or so of your colleagues at a go just so you know they can.

Company has no respect.......................

Pros

Free coffee ...that's all I can say for a pro

Cons

No respect from leadership, if you are one of the "worker-bee's" you get absolutely no respect, no acknowledgement of good / hard work and forget about a bonus, you are basically there to make your managers and directors look good. Took away personal holidays and increases are ridiculous. Company looks down on anyone being responsible enough to work from home if they need to, yet they put us in this open floor environment, and we have to endure nothing but distractions while leadership works behind closed doors in their offices.
