      Good, knowledgeable people at manufacturing sites Work can be challenging and interesting New company energy, in some ways Above average pay

      Cons

      Corporate management focused on Wall Street and short term financials, at the cost of building strong customer and employee ties Upper management bloat, while job cutting at profit making plants Lots of knee-jerk reaction and about-face in corporate direction causes unnecessary internal stress

      Pros

      Managers and supervisors are very flexible and great to work with. You are judged based on your track record alone. If you continue to work hard and meet goals, success is guaranteed.

      Cons

      Lack of previous data and key information from previous project work causes repeated mistakes. Transitioning from the previous company to Axalta has created some gaps that still need to be filled.

      There was a lot of exciting work to transition the business to become independent. It was an opportunity to simplify complexity.

      Cons

      All new management brought in following the purchase of business and sale from DuPont. New management does not value people who were there prior to the sale.
