A free lunch once in a while from Panera or Cozi

Cons

Since exulted separated from DuPont in 2013, people have been eliminated consistently. If upper management eliminates your job for whatever reason they will call you at home on a Friday night tell you not to come back on Monday or ever and not ever tell you the reason why. All they will say is that they will get somebody to pack up your personal belongings and mail them to you . They seem to use people for a short limited amount of time and then just discard them . Employees here walk around afraid wondering if they’re going to be next or who will be next to get the ax .

Salary competitive Leniency with hours (dependent upon function and supervisor)

Cons

White men are go-getters...women who behave the same are "inappropriate" and get passed over for promotions. Management style is zero communication, bully everyone into insecurity, guilty until proven innocent. No recognition for accomplishments anymore, every Friday someone is fired, just a cloud of despair and negativity. Really gone downhill over last year...used to be an exciting place to work. Even management is afraid of losing their jobs so the CYA is over the top...no support or employee engagement.

Pros

Compensation is competitive. Brand new Wegmans next to the Glen Mills location is a nice place to go to lunch and commiserate with coworkers.

Cons

Morale is extremely poor. Monthly layoffs of colleagues. Managers take their favorites on company-paid outings and leave other team members behind. No work/life balance. Constant threat of being fired at the whim of poor managers.
