      Good pay, bonuses, benefits from the start.

      Cons

      Constantly re-organizing & restructuring giving them easy ways to cut employees. Waste tons paying out severances while other positions are still open & new hires stay on.

      Antiquated culture; leadership churn leads to chaos

      None that I can think of.

      Cons

      Culture is extremely "old school" and teams are largely entrenched in the ways things have always been done. They spun-off from DuPont decades ago, but can't seem to leave DuPont behind. DuPont is referenced multiple times a day, as if Axalta is going through a bad break-up for the past 20 years and can't move on from the one that got away. Executive leadership team was constantly changing.
