Pros

Cash handling experience/sales experience/networking. The store staff of Walmart is usually very nice but being inside that store every day isn’t worth it.

Cons

RMs that don’t know how to manage people. Just hit your goals or you will be called out. Report daily totals by text message every day even on off days. The only thing that matters is results. You basically scam people to open accounts with the company at any cost just so you don’t have to explain why you didn’t hit your goal.

Pros

Great talent at the branch level, small unified team environment, great relationships with Walmart upper management, opportunity to build relationships with customers

Cons

Bank? More like check cashing! The Walmart environment is horrible, unrealistic goals and horrible hours. No support from Regional management, "management via email" no set policy and procedure things change daily,
