Some people are great to work with, some are very hard workers and if they could be duplicated it would improve the workload of those hard workers which is NEEDED

Cons

Lack of respect for employees. Very disorganized and unprofessional leadership. Unrealistic expectations of the few hard workers putting in their all. Unrealistic deadlines and projects.
