better pay than most banks

Cons

disorganized, non professional all the way up to management. no one is held accountable. customers get frustrated with all the delays, technical difficulties and excuses. IT incompetent. They make you take classes to ensure you know they have an open door, but when you bring something to their attention, they say please do it more nicely.

Many talented people work for this company. Some senior managers with good heads on their shoulders. Decent location and work environment.

Cons

Many individuals are either not trained or well suited for their roles. They are placed in positions that they are not qualified for and then, like a supreme court justice appointment- they are in it for life. Same goes with some senior managers.
