Flexible work schedule, business casual work attire, free ice & water in the break room.

Cons

The text field provided is not large enough for me to list every Con. This company needs a complete overhaul starting with Senior Management. The turnover is ridiculous. Technology is nonexistent. Products offered to customers are a joke. ZERO room for career development. Team Members are treated like second class citizens by Senior Management.

Poorly chosen retail leadership, no follow-up to concerns, toxic management environment, crazy marketing strategies put on understaffed branches
