Pros

The desks went up and down, so that you could stand. Had extremely expensive coffee machine that made custom drinks.

Cons

President & CEO never showed his face. Always hid in his office. The pretentiously titled "Chief Innovation Officer" wasn't innovative, just an empire builder who surrounded himself with too many people with bloated titles.

Cons

High turn over no one knows what they are doing. Takes months to get up to speed and it’s the same with back office. Termination rate is high.

Pay was good but cons outweigh the pay

Cons

Management, no privacy for clients, system issues constantly. Does not have a good selection of products to offer, basically only offer checking, savings and cd’s. Constantly have clients wanting credit cards, mortgages, auto loans, etc have to send to other banks. Most days are 9-10 hours because of bad scheduling and employees leaving.
