Major disconnect

Pros

Get to work with some great people

Cons

Upper management seems to purposely ignore what employees want and need. They act like they know better than the people doing the job every day. They will give false hope that they'll start listening and you'll think things might get better....but they just keep doing what they think is best.

Pros

Very laid back environment, nice employees to work with.

Cons

You're expected to get 1 checking account daily (30 in a month). The systems that they're currently using are very outdated. The process in which they open accounts is mainly paperwork instead of being on the computer like most modern banks. Double the work for no reason (more paperwork). You're expected to know their system and process with ONLY 3 days of training, 2 of those "training days" are how to connect with the customers 1 day of system training. The bank offers NO CREDIT CARDS, NO LOANS, NO LENDING, only checking and savings account which makes it a small bank and not competitive. Finally all of the branches are in a Walmart setting except for 2 stand alone branches. I was employed for about 3 months and they closed 2 branches and laid off all the employees within those branches within that time frame.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that the training did not meet your expectations. We will review the process to ensure all branches are following the approved 3 month on-boarding and training process.
